BEC is certified in the State of New Jersey and licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and New York State for UST closures. The New Jersey certification includes UST closure and subsurface investigation. BEC has completed numerous UST projects including closure of non‑leaking tanks that required no further action and tanks which leaked for extended periods resulting in extensive remedial action programs. BEC has successfully implemented remedial strategies at UST sites and obtained "No Further Action" determinations from NJDEP Bureau of Underground Storage Tanks (BUST). BEC is familiar and experienced with both regulated and non‑regulated UST systems.
