BEC staff has conducted hundreds of PSAs as part of nationwide contracts as well as for individual sites. BEC PSAs are performed in accordance with ASTM standards and state regulations at a minimum. A PSA report may include client‑specific information such as sampling plans and regulatory profiles detailing applicable state and local regulations. BEC's PSA clients include County preservation programs, NJDEP Green Acres and real estate investors.
