BEC staff has conducted hundreds of PSAs. BEC PSAs are performed in accordance with ASTM standards and state regulations at a minimum. A PSA report may include client‑specific information such as sampling plans and regulatory profiles detailing applicable state and local regulations. BEC's PSA clients include County preservation programs, NJDEP Green Acres and real estate investors.

Our PSA's are very comprehensive and clients are typically impressed by the write up, graphics and overall completeness.
