BEC utilizes digital and printed aerial photography projected onto site maps to direct historic fill sampling programs. BEC Geologists carefully interpret aerial data to reduce sampling costs. BEC is familiar with NJDEP’s requirements with regard to historic fill and can design engineering controls to minimize cost and speed redevelopment.
