The Brownfield Program offers incentives to developers of Brownfields sites, which are underutilized lands with perceived or actual contamination. BEC can provide those services required to investigate and remediate these sites. BEC can also assist with grant writing and structuring project costs for reimbursement under Brownfields grants.
